What's the difference between OMNY PREMIUM SPLENDID and LUXURY packages?

OMNY PREMIUM SPLENDID provides essential elegance with 8-10 hours of event time, luxury gold Chiavari chairs, tables, basic linens, and access to our prep kitchen and bar area. Perfect for elegant celebrations with a clean, refined look.

OMNY PREMIUM LUXURY includes everything in SPLENDID plus premium dinnerware (white dinner plates, charger plates, cutlery), napkins in any color, water goblets, premium colored linens, light décor accents, projector access, and full cleaning service. Ideal for weddings and milestone celebrations where every detail matters.

How much time do I get for setup and breakdown?

Both packages include 8-10 hours total event time, which covers setup, your celebration, and breakdown. Most clients allocate:

  • 2-3 hours for setup and vendor arrival
  • 4-5 hours for the main event
  • 1-2 hours for breakdown and departure

Need more time? Additional hours can be purchased for $250/hour.

Can I customize my package with additional items or services?

Absolutely! Both packages can be customized with add-ons including:

  • Additional hours - $250/hour
  • Upgraded linens - Premium fabrics and custom colors
  • Enhanced décor - Centerpieces, uplighting, specialty backdrops
  • Bar services - Full bar setup with bartender
  • AV upgrades - Additional screens, microphones, sound systems

What's included in the $250 cleaning fee?

The $250 cleaning fee covers:

  • Post-event venue cleaning and sanitization
  • Trash removal and disposal
  • Floor cleaning and vacuuming
  • Restroom cleaning and restocking
  • Basic table and chair wipe-down (SPLENDID package)

LUXURY package includes full cleaning service for all dinnerware, cutlery, and glassware at no additional charge.

How many guests can each package accommodate?

Both packages include up to 150 luxury gold Chiavari chairs, making them ideal for events with:

  • Seated dinners: 120-150 guests comfortably
  • Cocktail style: Up to 200 guests with standing room
  • Mixed format: 150-175 guests with both seating and mingling areas

Our venue totals 3,500 square feet, providing ample space for dining, dancing, and entertainment.

What deposit is required to secure my date?

Payment is split into 3 installments:

  • Deposit (25%) — Due at time of booking to secure your date
  • Second Payment (50%) — Due no later than 4 weeks before your event
  • Final Balance (25%) — Due 5 days before your event

A refundable $500 caution fee is also required (see Terms & Conditions). We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers.

Can I bring my own caterer and vendors?

Yes! We welcome outside caterers and vendors. Our venue includes:

  • On-site prep kitchen with warming equipment
  • Restaurant-style bar area for beverage service
  • Loading dock access for easy vendor setup
  • Dedicated changing rooms for bridal parties and performers

All vendors must provide proof of liability insurance. We're happy to recommend trusted local vendors if needed.

What AV equipment is included, and what can I rent?

Included in both packages:

  • DJ booth with power outlets
  • Basic house sound system
  • Wi-Fi connectivity throughout venue

Available as add-ons:

  • Projector & Screen - $150 (HD 1080p with 100" screen)
  • Wireless Microphones - $75 each (handheld or lapel)
  • Premium Sound System - $200 (PA speakers, mixer, Bluetooth)
  • Additional Uplighting - $25 per fixture (LED, any color)
  • Ceremony Sound Package - $125 (portable system with microphone)
  • Stage Platform - $300 (12' x 8' elevated stage)
